Financial Transactions
Presently, this web site does not collect credit card information or similar information specifically needed to do financial transactions. Our Customers can pay for merchandise and services by mailing us a money order or check or by using PayPal to process credit card payment information. Our Customers do not have to be members of PayPal to complete a PayPal transaction. All credit card information is handled by PayPal through a secure Internet link between the customer's computer and PayPal's computer(s). Our web site is not in that link.

There is a $50 minimum and a $10 processing fee on all orders.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Orders throughout the year will be billed at the prevailing prices.  Typographical or similar errors are subject to correction.

Return Policy

Call our Customer Service Representative who will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item(s).  Restocking fees may apply.

Damaged Merchandise - UPS Shipments

If a shipment from us arrives via UPS with visible damage, refuse the shipment and call ATI to request a replacement.  We will initiate a claim with UPS and enter a new order for the merchandise. 

If you find that the merchandise is damaged after inspecting a package sent by us through UPS , determine the extent of the damage, keep the original packaging for the carrier's inspection, and call ATI.  We will initiate a claim with UPS and enter a new order for the merchandise, if required.
