FixLogix Kits

The FixLogix modular CMM fixture system is attractive, highly functional, and economical. A unique patent-pending technology that is the best value on the market today. T-slot fixture plates allow easier and faster fixture builds.

FixLogix also features "Light-Touch" clamps, a self-wedging concept that "pre-wedges" the clamp on the rod. The clamp can trap a soft part with the lightest of finger pressure, yet is far more rigid than other tension clamps on the market. Designed specifically for metrology applications. They contain (6) t-slots very compact 41mm cross-section.

Standoffs: (all are 1" diameter)

(¼-20 SS screw on bottom & threaded hole on top)

Fasteners:
41 qty: 5/16” long x ¼-20 set screw SS, with nylon tips
(Used in T-nuts and right angle 2-way T-nuts)
4 qty: ¼ -20 SS thumbscrew with black knurled top
(For use with slide bases)

Fixture Plates:

All plates are 1.375" thick, dual layer aluminum fabrications, anodized for surface toughness.

Plates include one discreet position strip for a t-slot, with 1/4-20 tapped holes every 25mm.

Magnetic V-Block

Cap Screw for use with Magnetic V-Block

Knurled Knob for use with Adjustable Positioner

Adjustable Ball Positioner for holding parts at an angle. Pivots 45º in all directions. Tightens to selected angle. Top has a 1/4-20 tapped hole.

Large Toggle Clamp with Pad. Holds parts for probing. Base adjusts for placement. Includes knurled knob stud to lock in place.

Spring Stop with Pad. Provides Horizontal clamping. T-Handle allows for quick changeover. Base adjusts for placement. Includes knurled knob stud to lock in place.

Thread Adapter converts between 1/4-20 & 5/16-18.

Toggle Pad. Swivels 10º from vertical in all directions. Assures positive gripping.
