Accessing Your Certificates: Download your Certificates by clicking on the
Certificate Login in the upper right of every page. Enter in your username and password. If you do not see a page open up with our Logo on it after you have entered in your username and password, then your Pop Up Blocker may be turned on.
To turn off the Pop Up Blocker:
Internet Explorer: Click on Tools —>Pop Up Blocker —> Turn Off Pop Up Blocker and exit (escape) out of the menu.
Netscape: Click on Tools —> Options —> Site Control and check Open Requested Pop-Ups in New Tab. Click OK to close.
Mozilla Firefox: Click on Tools —> Options —> Content and uncheck Block Popup Windows. Click OK to close.
Note: You may have to exit out of the browser you are using and reopen after you have turned off the blocker. Also, many toolbars such as AOL, Google and Yahoo have their own Pop Up Blocker utility. These will also have to be turned off to access your certificates.
If turning off the Pop Up Blocker(s) still does not help, please send us an email explaining your problem. If we are unable to resolve your problem immediately, we will email your certificates to you. If you prefer, you may also contact us by phone at 1-630-550-5000 x 102.
Can't Remember my Username/Password - Send us an email requesting your username/password. FYI, calibration certificates may take from 7 to 10 business days from the date of calibration for processing before they are uploaded to our website. Once we have uploaded the certificates, we email our customers that day with the login information. If you require your certificates sooner, please contact us at 1-630-550-5000 x 102.
