Our Bartlett facility will be happy to assist you with your repair needs. Our full-service lab has a library of parts breakdowns and access to a majority of large manufacturers’ parts inventory allowing us to provide competitive quotes with short lead times.
ATI’S 3 Step Repair Process:
1.) You simply send your gage to our Bartlett location with a packing slip stating the issues you are experiencing with each gage (no RMA required).
2.) Our qualified repair technicians will evaluate your gages within 3-5 business days and provide a detailed quote.
3.) Once approved, most repairs will be completed within 1-2 weeks from the date of approval.
*In the event a repair requires a 3rd party vendor (OEM or Specialty Repair), we will quote the evaluation fee and lead time for approval. Once the equipment is fully evaluated you will receive a repair quote with lead time and warranty information.
Having an issue with your equipment not measuring correctly or simply not working?
ATI’s highly trained Technicians have 20+ years’ experience in the industry performing repairs. Our process begins with coming on-site to perform a thorough evaluation in order to determine the cause. Once the cause is determined the Technician will provide a plan of action to execute. Our goal is to try to resolve the issue on-site, but in some cases equipment may need be brought in-house.
If parts are required Technicians will notify the internal staff immediately to check if we have it in stock. If we do not have it in stock we will get it, utilizing the resources available and relationships we have developed with multiple OEM’s. A quote for what is needed will be provided and we will return to get your unit back to working condition with minimal downtime!
